Maybe though with stop and search there’s an assumption someone is likely to commit a crime based on not very much. No one is visibly likely to steal a car based on appearance.
If a bloke is dressed in a puffa jacket, woolly hat and a face covering in the summer and hanging around an expensive motor I reckon his appearance would give me suspicion that he’s up to no good
