I'm glad that piece was quite balanced in the end, Stan, as simply tackling the man instead of the ball is a bit Soviet.

What a complete tw@t Peston is! A lot of the nation are tuning in to probably the biggest thing in our National Health and he tries to score political points regarding the Downing Street party. I am glad both Whitty and Boris basically told him to F@@k off.
People are not interested in stupid Mirror stories.
Even my wife (who is no friend of Boris) couldn’t believe the stupid question.

I reckon some people are interested in the Prime Minister and his Party completely undermining the efforts and sacrifices of the plebs they rule over.

I’m not trying to impress anyone. Your man has ****ed every part of this pandemic at great expense to the people lucky enough to stick around to not die. If he’s finally not getting an easy ride from the press then **** him and the ****s who continue to support him.
 
Who the **** was that new robot on the press conference? Just stood reading from a script. I suppose all questions are relative in some form at these things.

Well said. The PM is a ****wit using conferences like this to cover his utter incompetence in everything else. Peston actually asked the best question regarding lapses yet people are still encouraged to go out and enjoy themselves as normal. Party time at no.10

As I have said before
If I say it’s blue sky, the ‘usual suspects’ says it’s raining… although Mr Doom Watford would say the earths about to blow up.
If I say it’s raining, then the usual suspects will say it’s Boris fault.
Anyway the point of the briefing is to discuss COVID and not gutter press questions on a party. We really do have some sad people in this country.
