Don't have a go at me because your pin-up boy has cocked up big time. Remember it was you who has u-turned over lockdown as col pointed out.

As I said to Col, read again what I said.

The only other element I'd added for Starmer was opportunism, and that is my belief. He has to show to his MP's that he's not rubberstamping the government, so he's chosen the first opportunity to do this.

The problem is, if the circuit break isn't working in three weeks, the scientists may well say we must give it longer. I can't see them saying - give up

I would agree that Starmer is being opportunistic, hard for him not to be given that the government has made so much of 'following the science' for so long. I just find the outrage at Starmer's intervention amusing and hypocritical.

I also agree that there is no clear way to come out of the circuit-break lock-down as I've said on the Coronavirus thread.

I've run out of confidence in politicians of all parties and the "experts"

I've come to the conclusion that no one has an effective solution other than a vaccine or the virus weakening to such an extent that it is no longer a serious threat

I'm back in an office based role having spent 5 months WFH and feeling so much better for it - albeit in Manchester lol

I've even finally got a pre op date for my cataract operation

Not been on 606 much recently though - it's like groundhog day on some threads on here!

It’ll be different tomorrow.

Good to see you’re ok.
