But then isn’t it for us as individuals to make our own choices and do our own research to decide what’s fake and what’s real ?
Am I giving the run of the mill member of the public too much credit ?

Saying all that, I did have a ‘conversation’ with a patients friend last week who was trying to tell me Hitler was actually a good man......:(
You would like to think so mate yes. I will never forget the decorator on a site I met who cited his reason for voting leave was so we could get rid of all the muslims! The ironic thing is, a bad brexit would affect people like him the most. Sometimes i actually hope that these people reep what they sow!

Tbf theres so much fake news nowadays i don't know what to believe. Irrespective of it being the russians, the americans, msm, etc etc.

Think people make a big hoo har about russian interference as if normal people dont go spreading round fake news.

Just this board alone ellers knows every person under the sun and unfortunately i believe (even if tongue in cheek) our good man bob is responding the same

All the UK intelligence are remainers, MI6 officers and former officers, well known to be remainers and definately all 3rd party experts voted remain! It's not worth the paper it's written on! It's so easy to label it as remain scaremongering tactics that Borisov best sit on it!
Of course they are MI6 can’t operate without Europe ... There has been noises coming from there for the last three years.
Hopefully it’s all beginning to add up now that the 2016 referendum was undermined.

What gets my goat is that the sheep readily eat Corbyn red biscuits but when offered a blue biscuit they feel a little bit sick

Vote Labour regardless of Corbyn I say
The Cons won’t change jack ****

Eh ?? I’m voting Labour BECAUSE of Corbyn, not in spite off.
Get one of those middle ground Blairites in charge like Thornberry or Starmer and I’m off.

Starmer seems a very sensible bloke. Who would you vote for in that instance?

I’m still undecided but as Ellers reminds me three times a day it’s a safe blue seat anyway. The tactical voting thingy says Labour. The Brexit policy is a sound one and might just swing me away from the LDs.

Labour for me but my area is a safe labour seat anyway.

Well my first choice would be TUSC or Socialist Party if they were standing.....with Starmer in charge I couldn’t see myself voting Labour. Probably wouldn’t bother or vote independent, depending on their views.

But Boris will win so what’s the point?

Extraordinary how Keir Starmer keeps saying “protect workers’ rights and environmental standards” to mean “let the EU decide these things for us in perpetuity”.
When did Labour lose confidence in its ability to do these things itself?

Don’t sign pledges on NHS or climate, Tory HQ tells candidates
Conservative candidates in the general election will be told not to sign up to specific pledges on protecting the NHS from privatisation and trade deals or tackling climate change, according to a leaked internal document from party headquarters.

The 11-page briefing note explains the party’s position on nine key areas and “strongly advises” prospective Tory MPs “against signing up to any pledges” unless they have been agreed from the centre.

Trade deals with the NHS. The memo warns candidates to avoid signing any pledges to “protect our NHS from trade deals with new legislation which ends privatisation”. It says this kind of pledge would “give credence to factually inaccurate smears … The NHS is not for sale.” It says candidates should focus instead on “Jeremy Corbyn’s attempt to override the British people on Brexit”.
