Some interesting scenarios - the Asda bloke is a total cock in my opinion

That’s the one mate, can’t remember most of it so will have another look.

One good thing about this board is it sometimes does get me thinking and looking at some good docs, as well as spreading the word to my mates.
I recommended ‘Nae Parasan’ to a mate who had travelled to Chile many times and he thoroughly enjoyed it and opened his eyes to what happened in those dark days.
Thanks mate.

Happy Commonwealth Day!

May's deal fails, No Deal is ruled out, extension to A50 passes, indicative vote on permanent Customs Union passes, May goes back to Brussels with this and they agree. New deal signed by 30th June and away we go.

Alternatively....

The Tories implode, VONC passes, Labour win GE with new referendum in their manifesto, we stay in.
Labour under comrade Jezzbollah Corbynski will never win an election, he is unelectable, as much as people despise Theresa the appeaser the country would never vote in a man who is despised by over half his own MP’s, and is backed up by anti Semitic hardliners and the mindless balaclava wearing thugs from momentum.

Just out of meeting with Chief Whip, IDS says there will be statement in Strasbourg at 9pm as well as in Commons - 'reaching a point' where there might be agreement and will 'keep an open mind' about whether Brexiteers can support it

To be fair Bob, there has been worse done in a Saturday night that gets punished less severely.
The fella is a **** for sure and will rightly get a ban from football for life but 14 weeks jail for the crappiest punch ever in the history of man.....it’s just to set an example
Apparently his wife and children have had to move out of Birmingham due to the abuse and death threats. Why should they get rewarded like that? Perhaps he thought he was auditioning to be an extra on Peaky Blinders.

There's someone worse than Corbyn, and that's McDonnell. As far as I'm concerned, he's the anti-Christ :emoticon-0100-smile

The bloke is a proper bellend by all accounts......we all have them.
There was also the young lad (another horrible **** no doubt) who tweeted a photo about Grealish’s dead infant brother taking the piss....had death threats to him and his family and calls for him to be jailed.....horrible, outrageous and downright nasty for sure but jail ??

And you can bet your bottom dollar this almost non-crime will be investigated by dozens of police officers at great expense with no actual outcome, because although we’re short of 20,000,police officers nationwide somebody somewhere will be offended, meanwhile murders and stabbings and “real” crimes go un investigated because we ain’t got enough Bobbies to go round apparently!!!!

Honouring terrorists involved in an armed struggle against the UK and celebrating the bombs and bullets that killed innocent civilians and British squaddies is pretty imperfect in my book

Honouring a man who was the head of a despotic regime that took over a democratically elected government by force, killing thousands of men, women and children in the process is just as appalling.....but that **** Thatcher is still looked at as a goddess by many supporters of the Conservative party.
You see, no one in politics is completely agreeable.

The difference is that Pinochet, I assume you mean him, wasn't killing our own people. There will always be criticism aimed at UK leaders supporting one side or another. Saudi Arabia for example. Blair supporting Gadaffi. But what McDonnell did encouraging the IRA is imo in the same vein as, though not to quite the same degree, what William Joyce did in the 1940's

Again mate, I’ll have to disagree.
I’ve no love of the IRA and was arrested a good few years back on a demo against their supporters (along with over 300 others)....but there comes a time to put the past in the past.......if Paisley and McGuinness could then anything is possible
