Thought I would start this thread for snippets of news or comments that do not fit into other threads and are not worth their own thread. At present they pop up on unrelated threads. If it turns out to be a dumb idea and no-one else uses it, it will just slip down the order of threads and get lost to view, so no harm done.

    To kick off:

What happened to Danny Green? I know he went to Milton Keynes but his name never seems to pop up in their match-day squads since his first few weeks there. Is he injured?

Great win for Super Al against a very strong Man City side. And Robby Elliott was in goal throughout.

<laugh>. The term "super" Al should never be spoken or type. Even in jest.

Alan Pardew: Newcastle boss says: 'I know what I am doing'

Pleased for Rob Elliott and for Ryan Taylor, though.

Seen it reported on social media today that the club is thinking of renaming the West Stand 'the Richard Murray Stand'. Crazy if true, but nothing surprises me <wah>

I wonder whose idea that was? "The Curbs Stand" sounds good though.

I would rather sit upside down in the bogs than sit in a stand named after Richard Murray.

I fully concur typical, but it looks like we may not have a choice. Check out the Twitter.

Nope, don't partake of Social media. Wouldn't have a clue where to start. Generational thing.

Now that would be worth sitting in. Typical has nothing but love for those two.

Referring to yourself in the third person? Isn't it only celebrities who can do that?

    HenryIrving10 is a parody account.

I would nominate it for the Pawel Abbott stand and happily vacate my position in the North Upper if they were to do so <whistle>

I don't think so Captain. This guy clearly knows his onions. Some interesting stuff on there today about our January transfer priorities.

And Gollum, whom I have always imagined Typical to resemble.
