I think it'll be re-laid after the summer concerts! Seems to be every season now which can't be economically viable for the club!

I think they are putting a semi artificial pitch down arnet they, like other clubs have so it should last all next season and beyond.

Well THAT pitch has been a constant thorn in the side of our world beating brand of football!!!

I remember when we first played on it and the pitch was too bouncy and hard. Making it difficult.

Now it's too patchy and muddy making it difficult.

Had we only got the laying of the pitch right we could be league champions!

yes that correct, remember Wembley everyone was complaining about how bad the pitch was for the first couple of years so they decided to go along this route and since then it has been fantastic!

Looking forward to seeing us play on a decent pitch next season

In terms of financial im sure the money the club generates from the concerts more than covers it.

Still got an article about the stadium when it first opened....says the pitch is part artificial, part grass...did they change it when they first re-laid it?
