Evening Mrs LaLa.........just popped in to see what's going on with old sensible away.......I havn't had too much spare time to be chatting lately.....but we're two weeks since Mrs Plymborn's hip-op and things are not too bad....estimated three months to get on top of it.....initial problem with the drugs but thats been altered.

Big match on Friday at Hereford....but it is a game we can win....that would go a long way to cracking it........and then drinks on the house I would think.
 
Nice one Gat.....been lying low with flu or something but cheered me up a little anyway...those 3 pts. will do the trick I'm sure today. :emoticon-0148-yes:
 
Ah well a point gained is better than nothing....was expecting a little more but 2 teams fighting for survival would have made a cert. on the pools I suppose. <cheers>
 
Hiya HP_bedoboy after missing the penalty I thought we were going to throw it away because apart from them gifting us an own goal I don't think we would have scored ! Now we need the 3 points on Monday !
 
Inch by inch towards safety.....it is so much like hard work.........trust Walton to miss a penalty at such a crucial moment, that would have been a very good game to win......and make survival very possible...........Aldershot have a good away record,and are one of the form teams at present.......although they did slip up today.
 
Right enough of this doom and gloom. Pints and cocktails for the ladies all round. Plym can have either................

All we have to do is match or better the results of the teams below us and we are done and dusted. We CAN win on Monday. I spent all day on Friday trying to find out the result without upsetting the inlaws and being rude. Finally made it at 11. 30pm that night and didn't even know they had been awarded a penalty let alone missed one. But, was I downhearted? NO. The boys dun ok.
 
If anyone had said 10 matches ago that we would be 5 points above the relegation spots having played equal matches a lot would have thought that mad. That means the bottom 2 have to win 2 matches out of the last 5 games to climb above us and us get nothing. Suddenly it seems a lot better and even Argyle can't blow it now can they........................
 
Argyle can do anything Sensible....but another win tomorrow will be very, very strongly in our favour! Happy Easter everyone....still down with that one variety of the many flu bugs they have out here but getting better! <cheers>
 
Not much drinking going on in here recently........it's only the pies that have gone up by 20% not the beer.

I don't know who the cleaning maid is at present..........but I wrote my name in the dust on the bar counter last week and I think it is still there.
 
Those bugs are a bugger to get rid of bedoboy. My advice would be to drown them in strong liquer aftr tomorrows green victory. One more win and I think it is all over for the bottom two and Argyle won't have to worry about them or us for that matter. I said ages ago that 45 points would be safe this season and it is looking like it will be. I would now down that total and say 43 will be fine.

Seeing as plym has been in here and hasn't bought a round again and again and again................drinks all around barman and have one yourself. I'll give one to the barmaid later.

large breakfast platter please, 4 rashers, 2 eggs, mushrooms, tinned tomatos, and hash browns. large mug of coffee and toast please. that may set me up for what is to be today. que sera que sera. green army and floriat salopia
