The owners have been great for the club. They have brought in a world class manager in Sven Goran Eriksson. They have spent money on players and we have brought in big name players like Yakubu, Kyle Naughton, Chris Kirkland, Roman Bednar, Diomansy Kamara, Patrick Van Aanholt, Jeff Bruma. Some have worked some havent. We have tried to bring in people like David Beckham, Thierry Henry. Ok they didnt come but the owners was prepared to pay for them and they wouldnt be cheap. The pitch was really bad after the Man City game and they paid out 100K to get it relaid. They installed 2 big teles at the stadium and have brought the stadium to the 21st century. Our season tickets will be cards next season instead of books. Now we have lined up the most successful club in world football Real Madrid for a friendly match. They are learning about football but running the club they want it to be the best it can be and they arent scared of spending the money. They deserve alot of credit for turning the season around from being at the bottom to chasing play offs. They brought Sven in and gave him the money to bring in the players. They are bringing in alot of money into the football club as well with all the sponsorship and press we get aswell. Its great being a leicester fan now A few years ago when we played Stoke we need Sheffield United to beat Southampton and we would be safe. They lost, now if we fail to beat Donny and Palace get a point then Sheffield United would be relegated. The irony
They are developing the entire atmosphere at the Walkers, its absolutly great to see them look past just buying players. This may be because they are more business minded, they know that a good atmosphere is going to fill the seats in the ground. Good on them, and may they continue doing excellent work.
