Christian Walton...Plymouth's 18 year old goalkeeper is being targetted by Fulham,valued at £300.000 Christian has been noticed by quite a few other clubs as well. Fulham already have two other goalkeepers out on loan,so what chance of Walton playing first team football at Fulham in the near future ?
If Walton has potential...why sell him anyway....why not have him in the first team squad and move Chenoweth on.
We will take the money as you know full well plym. It is just to be hoped that the sell on cotract will contain the right clauses and we don't get stitched later down the line. £300k would be a decent amount for an unplayed untried player at that age and I doubt any other club would get more. Therefore this time not a Plymouth price. Personally I've never heard of him.
If they are really offering 300k take the cash and run. As sensible said tho for once can we actually try to get a sell on clause that will get us some money if he is sold on. That amount of money for an 18 year old keeper is good. I can rememeber John-Boy, Jim-Bob, Mary Ellen, Ben, Erin, Elisabeth and Zeb but can´t for the life of me place Christian.
I saw a thread title on another site which said "WALTON TO FULHAM" and nearly choaked. You can guess which Walton I thought it was.
