Nothing wrong with nostalgia, Kish. Agree with you about Gislason and I'm not going to bore everyone again with my opinion of how we treated Chris Dickson. Also wish we'd persevered with Harry Arter. There's others, of course - too many to remember and of the current crop of players, I fear that RBI is going to be added to this list. One moot point. As Serge Deble never arrived (in fact, he may never have existed ) did he actually get away?
Never arrived but Bolanos, the little Chilean fella with the headband who couldn't get a work permit and ended up in the champions league could have done us a turn I reckon.
Totally forgotten about Luke Holden. What makes you think we should have kept him. Hasn´t done anything since. Agree about Arter. Turner, Primus, ****tu.
Perhaps the thread title was ambiguous... At the time I was led to believe that Holden could be like a new Robbo or something. Bolanos is a very good shout.
