After West hams first game at their new stadium tonight the fans are kicking off with the views from the seats .
Joking aside, that looks like scaffolded temporary seating lumped up for football, clearly the seats behind are for the athletic events. That looks like a hell of a botch up,as opposed to the stories of sliding and adjusting seats. That is not a permanent structure surely?
'Here's a free stadium that cost £500million, we will just spend another £100million ****ing it up. You're welcome' Ha.
Yep, reduced the capacity to 54,000. that's the problem with tracked stadiums too far away from the pitch.
Sure I heard Karen Brady on tv yesterday talk about the closeness of the seats to the pitch ! True of Upton Park maybe
Not bad. club-record 56,977 supporters were in attendance as West Ham played their first league match at their new home, having left Upton Park at the end of last season.
