we need an older experienced goal poacher striker, 28 years old plus, A la Championship top goal scorers kevin phillips, James Beattie, Lee hughes dean windass..

maybe willing to drop down a division after a good career, will get us goals, and only needs half a chance..

    Who is that??

DJ Campbell? He scored 10 goals in 16 matches for Ipswich.

They dont need to have to bags of pace, and have young fresh legs, because the quality service is coming in plenty, they just have to be able to get into position in the box at the right time, and take the chances

I really dont agree with this. Come April time people will get nervous and it'll be more psychological than wanting 'young fresh legs'. I think an experienced striker would be a very good addition, even if they dont start every game. We need the 30+ Jason Roberts type to settle them down. So how about Jason Roberts?

Or another shout of Jason Scotland. Not prolific types, but could do a real gritty job and they HAVE to be called Jason....

I edited it but missed out the dont, as in they dont need fresh legs, or bags of pace

Jason Harris? He's experienced and not got fresh legs or bags of pace.

I see your pair and raise you David Jones - still the only City player I have ever laughed at.

Fraizer Campbell and Kevin Phillips would be my two. I'd let McLean go, I know Brighton have a interested in the past.

If Darren Bent got out of the lazy style of play he's had this season(admittedly he's been injured and has a **** manager) then I reckon he'd do a job. Only on loan though, wages are atrocious.
