Think this could last for a few weeks. First that palaver last night and now mexico with two goals ruled out wrongly.

Jesus we might win it this year <laugh>

I'm concerned for my Dutch sweepstake.

FIFA will likely want Spain to win.

Nah it'll be the hand of god all over again. Watch out tomorrow for dodgy Italian pens & Suarez single handedly will get 6 pens per game, top scorer, should have had money on it!

I've got cash on Suarez Agüero and Messi to finish top scorer each way.

Also Rooney and Sturridge as they're 50/1 and 40/1 respectively.

Well on the positive side with all this **** referring the US has a chance to win the world cup. You clearly just need the ref on your side.

Dos Santos would currently be(joint) top scorer if it wasn't for the **** officials.

Actually dos should be two goals clear for the Golden Boot (assuming he takes pens, which is iffy). He should have gotten a pen as replays show the defender got all leg and no ball in the box. It looked like a clean tackle in real time, to be fair.

He should actually have 3 goals (if he made the pen) they showed that tackle from the angle of behind the box and it was clear that the Cameroon defender never touched the ball.

Neither of Neymar's goals should've been. He should've been sent off.

I don't trust the refereeing at world cups at all. When you have some guy from Colombia/Japan etc. it is obvious that he isn't going to be rich as their national leagues are poor, so how much money would it take to make him be more lenient towards one team?

I know you're taking the piss, but probably because it's against the whole point of fair play?

Unsurprisingly, Spain did get the decisions - it wasn't a penalty, and Costa should've been sent off. Thankfully it didn't affect the game.

It's good that this thread hasn't got much longer, after the first two games things improved dramatically.

To be fair there's been plenty of bad decisions since, people just seem to have got fed up moaning about it!

If a foul in the box was a penalty we'd have had two last night. But I half saw a replay at HT where the ball seemed to hit Johnson somewhere near his hand so don't know if that should have been one for them?
