Rangers were always going to put more importance on this game than us as shown by their first team turnout for a friendly. That said our team tonight is strong enough to beat Scotlands champions,so the one goal deficit at halftime is'nt all bad.
Why does it mean more to Rangers? The match itself means nothing to either team, the only reason it was organised was to make a bit of money for Rangers due to them being knocked out of Europe early
It means more to them because the last time e played them at Ibrox we twatted them bigtime and made them look like amateurs. As for the dough,i thought it was to pay off their overdraft before the bailiffs come knocking.
Oh well, it ended 1-0 with the usual issue of Liverpool being unable to create anything out of the ordinary, and players like Agger and Downsyndrome only able to pass the ball to someone in blue, which never helps. Carroll needs to go away and have a good look at himself, as he was one lazy arsed bastard tonight, with precious little movement or effort.
