    Why is shearer even in this? Now it's just going to be Shearer with 5 million votes and 2nd striker place will go to Lua Lua or some other bellend who has 1 vote.

    Not really, he should just obviously have the position. He is the top goal scorer of the entire premier league and is worshipped by every single newcastle fan. There is no way anybody would complain if he had automatic position, leaving for a challenge between guys like Bellamy, Ferdinand, Cole, Tino etc.

    And this will happen too ^. Which could even land us in a position where Shearer loses because everybody expected him to win and voted elsewhere to help their 2nd favourite.
