Is it me or is Al Kazeem a massive price @ 9/4!! Granted he will need the run but even 75 % he will wipe the field but on that note I do like Battle of Marengo @ 12/1 ew I he finds any of his derby 4th form he will battle it out for the forecast
Uriah Heep 2.55 Market Rasen 10/1 e/w. Mr King turns this progressive 5yo out quickly under a 5lbs penalty seeking his 3rd win in 20 days. I'm hopeful he should be in the money anyway
Surely his other runner MontbaZon is the class act in the race yes will be hard to give weight all round but he is good enuf in this field to run in to a place
I was keen as well Beefy but not keen enough to have a bet. Will wait for Newland to plunder the first and go from there.
Montbazons not one to rely on Wooly. Runs more shockers than good races plus top weight makes me wary. Christ this golf is a one man show. Rory's absolutely blown them away!
Sizing Europe going back in training reeks of a bad decision. What more does Potts want that horse to achieve? Hate to see them take horses to the well too often especially over the minimum distance where younger legs are most needed.
Bob, if I told you I came within a whisker of buying a share in this horse last week.....would it put you off? Joined a very good yard and the good doctor reckons he is going to eke out some improvement in this one. Not been at the yard very long though!
With Taghrooda heading to Ascot to take on the boys in the King George next week, the Irish Oaks should surely be at the mercy of Epsom runner up Tarfasha. Those that finished behind her that day surely have no realistic prospect of reversing the placings, although it is not inconceivable that the usual Ballydoyle tactic of running half the yard in every Classic when there is no outstanding candidate might reap dividends. The first time blinkers on Marvellous might spark something but it is interesting that the trainer’s son is on the disappointing Tapestry whilst Colm O’Donoghue gets the leg up on Bracelet. I would not entirely ignore Epsom third Volume as she lost nothing in defeat there and is clearly progressive.
Yes he is but he has had the benefit of two runs over the flat and being placed makes u think why he ran over he flat to get him ready for this race and not carry more weight he still on a winning mark IMO and I he runs like he did at the festival he has a huge chance
Pricewise tomorrow as Wooly is loafing........ Newmarket 1.50 Llanarmon Lad Market Rasen 3.30 It's A Gimme Newbury 3.50 Fast Act + Bond's Girl
1.50 Newmarket Music Theory- 7/1 Interesting handicap debut and looks very well treated 5.20 Newmarket Winter Garden - 5/2 Won very well and looks to have more to offer based on his maiden win
Perhaps it might be wise to wait on Newmarket and Newbury tomorrow to see how much rain they get overnight. What you fancy now might be a non-runner by the time The Morning Line goes on air.
3.50 Newbury Realtra- 5/1 Doesn't have a lot to find on form with Tiggy Wiggy and is getting a whole load of weight. She had a decent race lto over in Ireland and looks to have been trained with this race in mind
