I have actually worked for the NHS myself for about 5 years. I became obsessed with ****ing people over during that period so I left.
No I'm at work but a combination of me watching documentary and chatting on the What you doing? thread made me furious with the NHS. And I'm hoping we can find some kind of new Gate tbh.

The NHS is a postcode lottery these days. The level of care, equipment and resource varies wildly across the country. It needs a complete root and branch overhaul, and at the same time there needs to be an honest debate about what we should expect the NHS to cover and what should fall outside of it's bounds.
