Well we now have a number of our youngsters out on loan (another thing MON has done really well) and now the time we will see if they will ever be premier league class. Loan deals have worked wonders for some of our players in the past (Hendo,Colback) and I'm very hopeful that some of our youngsters will soon break through into the first team. John Egan, Louis Laing, Billy Knott, Jordan Cook and Ryan Noble (not sure if confirmed) are all out on loan at the moments and I have high hopes for Laing, Knott (impressed in his first game although was in league two) and Noble in particular. Something to keep an eye on over the next couple of months and see how they progress.
