No sympathy for him he wasn't willing to put the effort in while he was here or at Newcastle, and now he's on the 'naughty step' and can't play he is throwing his toys out the pram.
He might be a twat, but it's ridiculous that he can't play just because he made one appearance for the U21's.
Could just be the media finally picking up on what the rules are, although saying that I saw someone ran the Powell to City story again yesterday, as well as the Ings to Liverpool and loan back til the summer that Burnley themselves have already said would be in breach of PL rules.
I assume you mean MLS. No one is going to want him here unless he takes a 50% pay cut or so. He isn't a US international nor a superstar so no one is going to pay a wage like that.
I'm guessing you never saw the game when he was hauled off in the 35th minute, he was a complete embarrassment.
You of all people should know what it meant to give him a final chance. He blew that too. There's a life lesson there BTW.
If you're defending Ben Arfa then you're defending the indefensible, the guy's had numerous chances and has blown every one of them.
He's in talks with New York City... http://sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/manchester-city-offshoot-in-talks-with-hatem-ben-arfa
All the articles here I can find use the French article as their source and not NYCFC. If he wants to play in the MLS that's one thing but if he is really trying to use it as a loophole to play in France as the espnfc article suggested I doubt an MLS team agrees to that.
It's not a loophole, he can't play in France until next season, whatever he does. The MLS is probably his only option to play somewhere this season, as the transfer window is outside the European ones and the two club rule doesn't apply in the US.
