i see from a lot of people on here it's kieran richardson!!

think thats really harsh as he is one of the only players weve got that can play in a number of positions!! for me his best position is just behind the striker, what if sess gets injured? who will fill that gap??

and i really do think given the time he would make a cracking left back..
    just my opinion like...

His gift is his curse. He's a multi shaped peg that Bruce can put in any shaped hole, oooo er. The lads got ability and I think safc fans problem with him is that they've seen him play outstandingly well and win us matches, we know he has the ability to do it but for whatever reason it doesn't happen enough. I think the lad must having a cracking attitude cos a lot of players would have spat there dummies out having been told to play a different role one week to the next. He should be banging Bruces door down showing him that he's the man to solve our lw crisis.

The problem is he's had so many season's here, and he still hasn't done enough to pin down a first team slot (either LW/LB), Bardsley's better at LB, (over the course of a season we simply cannot afford to throw points away, so a player can get match practise at LB)and at LW he's so inconsistent that at times it's like playing with 10 men. He's not a scapegoat at all for me, if he plays well he gets praise, if he's ****e (which he is more often than not) then he'll be criticised. The fact he's quite often ****e means he gets criticised often Aad from conversations with others on here, thats what they see as well.

    Just my opinion like...

I dont think Richardson gets enough starts to warrant or develop any degree of consistency. Personally always think the lad gives 100% but sometimes things dont always come off for him, on his day though he can be superb (Blackpool away last season). I am not a one to have a pop at a fellow supporter but Moorsleymountainman, your talking dross pal...Richardson is well beyond Championship level

I think the truth is somewhere in between, he'll do a cracking job for a newly promoted team, but as we're looking to step up to be firmly entrenched in the top 10, then we need to be looking at replacing players like Richardson with proven quality. A squad player only to be called upon rarely is what Richardson is in my eyes.
