In this, his first internal interview with Sarah Brookes, Felix says he hasn't yet made up his mind about the current backroom staff. Are they hoping they will "walk"?

Good to see he has brought them in on a nice bright sunny Sunday to get things going, and equally good to get a glimpse of an okay looking Kostas out there in the mix.

Well opposed to what we are led to believe, there was no wee tash, quiff or jack boots; he came across very calm and positive.

Sarah, seemed a little scared but perhaps that was my preconditioning and perception.

As Felix says, we will see what happens at WBA, fingers crossed Mr K has found us a winner. I so dearly hope so.

He's definately not as engaging as Rene - Blair's gone and we've got Brown in.

Was a bit annoyed when Rene went, he'd just struck on the first team to see us through the season. I don't know he could have done it but there was some hope.

Benefit of Magath is that we'll get structure and discipline back, we need for the starting 11 to be clear and gelled by WBA, there's no time for adjustment left.

Don't know that I'll be watching too many more of his interviews, rather just read the transcript.

I thought Sarah's voice was a little shaky and the question about backroom staff strange for an in-house production. With the speed he'll have to work at, probably living in a hotel room, I'm sure we'll find out the answers tomorrow.

Certainly seems to have started the way he means to contine. The Guardian are reporting:

" Magath worked with Fulham's full squad today, with some of them having had to fly back to London on Saturday from short holidays – Meulensteen gave them four days off after last Wednesday's defeat by Liverpool."

Holiday, ffs! Are we supporting a bloody holiday camp?

In all seriousness it says that things werent being thought of as serious. 4 days of rest over 4 days of practice, getting things right is better, right?

Just watched the video. I thought his English was very good. A few reports have said he doesn't speak any English! He was non-committal, thanked the owner etc but that didn't surprise me. what did surprise me was the question about back room staff particularly when RM and RW are still coaches at the club? Strange.

I'm glad he called them back from their lovely holiday and rest after an exhausting few days playing football. Poor players, they must be so annoyed! How dare the company they work for call them back in to work. If we were on 35 odd points and mid table I would have said no problems but we're not.
