I think we all knew when SOD was appointed that we were already relegated. Which is why it didn't hurt (so much). It sounds silly but im looking forward to next season, We might actually have a good season full of more wins than losses, Unlike the previous 3 seasons. A season with a promotion fight than a relegation fight, Good football instead of **** football. We knew we were relegated so to see it confirmed is a load off. There are a few positives to come out of relegation, Obviously Championship football would be better but who is to say if we stayed up we wouldn't be in the same position again, We would probably have the same amount of ST sales if we stayed up this year to if we went down, I should imagine it will be in the region on 7000-9000 renew.

It's not all bad. We of course will get a bit of stick from the blue few but it won't last to long, We're still top trump in Bristol and providing Yeovil and Swindon don't go up, Still the best in the west. A good season to look forward to (hopefully) So lets enjoy our remaining games in the championship and enjoy the summer.

No disrespect but he didn't he get two games less than Ward?

He had over twenty games to save you, i do think he needs to take some of the blame.

I do think he has to take some of the blame but I think biggest change is Steve not being able to spend spend spend. Think the current chairman is more astute with the money not being his own and is more than just a puppet

our league is a hell of a lot harder than league 2, What you did was good, What we would of had to do was extremely hard. 60 Points this season could still get you relegated, Usually this would be about 9th-12th position in the league.

Agreed the championship is much harder but the division you are in is relevant to you.

From what i understand SOD said the players he had were as good as anything out there?

If that's the case then twenty games was enough.

I totally get him being given a hard job but he nearly had the same amount of games as the previous manager this season.

Not totally to blame but part to blame.

The New manager is hardly going to come into a club knowing he isn't going to be able to sign many players abd say the team is total Sh1te he had to try and motivate them part of the problem was the best players were injured or away during most of his tenure, plus I applied my usual jinx by being in hospital which always seems to be bad news.

That's if you think that the manager at AG would make much difference with the squad we have - at least half has been patently not good enough and although we have some good additions, it wasn't enough..
