Just watched it last night. It’s the dramatisation of the alleged abduction of Shannon Matthews.

Anyway, my thoughts on the program. The lass who played Karen Matthews whilst doing an ok job wasn’t as convincing in the role. I reckon the role was a bit beyond her.
Sheridan Smith who played Karen’s friend Julie and who the story was mainly focussed around was very good. And lastly the the bloke who played the uniformed cop who seemed to be friendly with Julie also played one of the main characters in Life On Mars.
