    Another solid performance from Luke. Apart from his no-nonsense, generally invisible, defending, I would contend that he not only scored our goal but he also made it. His energetic burst down the right dragged two defenders wider to create the space for Mackie to run into and shoot. Having the fitness to continue his run and the alertness to react to the rebound first enabled him to comfortably beat the Norwich defender to the ball and coolly slot the ball home. What a great signing he is proving to be, well done Uncle Neil.

    Easy to criticise failings yesterday, but LY was one of the positives

    Thought Mackie worked very hard too

    I mentioned him in the player of the season so far thread and he then goes and scores two goals in two games! He's looking a lot better than the thug that Villa got to replace him.
