Anyone ever had globus? Think I’ve got it and it’s meant to flare up in stressful situations and it’s certainly flared up today. Not painful but annoying.

I was thinking it was probably linked though it was a rare drinking day and a rare lack of water day and a rare no exercise day bar the walk to and from the train so probably not helping.
Back in November in my post colonoscopy drousey state the consultant said he'd see me next year.... I took that to mean 12 months later.....turns out he meant next week, so back in on Tuesday and having to do a double dosage of clear out liquid, starting tomorrow evening...... deep, deep joy....

As l said, l’ve had three done but as l found out last Friday, it will be five years come October. I’m booked to have both north & south, done. Hang in there, mate.
