Seem to really have it in for us. Would they have been this critical if he had went to there beloved West Ham?

I agree mate, the BBC especially seem like they absolutely can't wait for us to get relegated. Strange because they were some of the same journalists criticising MON. I hope we stay up and ram their words down their throats.

He has never had all this ****e hoyed at him before at his time at West Ham and Swindon, so it tells me that the media do have it in for us..
if they dig deep enough, they could probably find evidence of political dodgyness against every manager in the league..

The media sell news. It`s their job. If PDC behaves himself they`ll lose interest quickly enough.

Always assuming of course the fans don`t provide ammunition.

It`s probably odds on some of the ******s will think it`s uproariously funny to give the nazi salute (with the obligatory finger over the top lip).

Yep pathetic media nonsense. If he'd gone to West ham it wouldn't have been raised.

I doubt it would have been an issue if he'd gone to manage Celtic actually which is ironic seeing as the London media mafia and FA seem to think NUFC and Sunderland play in the SPL.

I've already had a rant on it here http://www.not606.com/showthread.ph...o-Di-Canio-appointment-by-Sunderland-worrying

Judge him on his performance in the job and nowt else...
