The Mayans never said the World would end in 2012. One of their calendar cycles ends in 2012 but that doesn't mean that they think the World will end then. I'm not aware of Nostradamus predicting the world would end. The bible does not say when the World will end (I wish people would stop talking bull**** and trying to make out that it does). In fact, the bible says that no one other than God knows when the World will end. I'm fed up with all this end of the World rubbish.

I have been informed by some of my students that the Mayan Year is longer than our 12 month year (365 days). If that is true, and they said the year will end in their 2012, then it could mean our world ends in 2013 instead.
