Thought I'd start a thread about football as an antidote to the stickie above. How do we get at Man U tomorrow? Aside from the fragility of their keeper from crosses it's hard to see many weaknesses in their team. Aside from the obvious (breaking quickly, lots of crosses, decent set piece delivery PLEASE!) I can't think of how we're going to worry them going forward. Any ideas anyone?
-------------Cesar----------- Fabio---Samba---Hill-----Traore ----------Mbia---Granero------- Townsend----Adel------Hoilett -------------Remy/Zamora---- No more draws, we need to attack them. Try to have at least 50% possession. Adel needs to play more short passes rather than trying to dribble all the time. Same goes for Hoilett and Townsend although I don't think Harry will play them both. If Remy plays we will have a great counter attack threat
Totally agree, Pirata. Problem is doing it! I can't see us having 50% possession - would be nice though. Re. Adel - he does get isolated at times doesn't he? Leads himself down blind alleys. Hope he's in the mood tomorrow!
When our player has the ball the rest of the teammates must make themselves available through movement and not just "sitting" at the same place. Our wingers must try to get behind their full backs, especially behind Rafael as I think he's their weakest link in the defense

Can't have Fabio as he is a Man Utd loanee. Stick Ned in his place and the back four would be my choice too. I wonder if they worked on some set pieces during their Dubai trip, I think free kicks and corners might be our only chance of scoring but I'd love to see Adel pick the ball up on the half way line, jink past a few defenders and send a rocket into the top corner. Remember when he'd do that every week? Come on, it wasn't that long ago!!
