    It's been predicted that within 10 years, the first female football manager will appear in the mens game.

    I can't really see it happening to be honest - I think womens football will continue to grow and the top female coaches/managers will go into their version of the beautiful game.

    Don't misunderstand me, i'm all for it if they're good enough... and good-looking as well <whistle>

    Doubt it. If she's a looker though I'd say most footballers wouldn't be averse to being pulled off if not playing well.
