:emoticon-0104-surprYour comments please about todays Referee.
<cool>I thought he had a shocker, he ignored Aarons injury (twice), stopped play for a Preston player when injured. Allowed their keeper to handle the ball outside of his area.:emoticon-0104-surpr

He didn't give Mclean anything at all, he even ignored him rolling around after Ash very kindly gave him free acupunture, he was either useless or a little bit racist. :emoticon-0116-evilg

How he came to the decision that Mclean was 'active' and therefore offside in the move in the first half when he was lying prone and injured on the edge of their box I could not understand.
I thought Aaron did well to keep his cool for the majority of the game given some of the stick he was taking, including one in the second half when he was the victim of a lunge from one of their players which must have been done at thigh height.

I'd like to see it again but I very much doubt Mclean was acting on either occasion. How can the reg accusing of him faking it, when there looked to be a lot of contact on both occasions.

The ref was ****e,as was the linesman near to the West stand. How neither of them saw their keeper handle the ball a yard outside his box is beyond me.The linesman didn't have the bottle to make any big decisions and on the one occasion he did flag for a foul on one of our players the ref overuled him despite being twenty yards further away than the lino.

That ref should be disciplined for leaving Mclean down on the pitch with a head injury. Don't think the Preston player meant it but he clearly caught him with his elbow for the first one. He didn't even go over to check on him, just signalled for him to get up. Shocking.
