The Mail are going with the story about where the ticketus money has gone.......

    To Lloyds.

After the Motherwell Billionaire showed it to Murray to evidence he had the cash to pay the debt.

In other words.....exactly where we thought it had gone.

So how did he get a loan against the ticket sales before he took over Rangers?

There is no way Ticketus' position is unsecured. Not a chance .

Just think, had Rangers made the Champions League they would be £10m+ better off this season and nobody would have been any the wiser about Whyte. Rangers would lose the tax case and they would go into administration with not a single person blaming Whyte, he would have got away with it if Ally McCoist hadn't of ****ed everything right up.

I believe it may be time for a short prayer to Saint Alistair of the Immaculate Liquidation.

You wonder why Ticketus would do such a big deal with Whyte who didn't own the club when their normal deals are for 3 or 4 months worth of tickets?

Something shady has gone on somewhere along the line.

that is the point. If rangers go tits up, ticketus must have got themselves to the front of the queue.

It depends on whether they have signed the contract with Rangers or Craig Whyte personally. Considering Whyte wasn't in the position to be signing contracts on behalf of Rangers when the deal was originally done it had to be originally a deal with Whyte personally - so what it really depends on then is if Whyte has transferred that contract on to the official books.

As of the legality of doing this, I have no idea.
