This is what is being predicted so far for the 3rd kit (think L0L posted something similar the other day)

The clue is in the tits

Dunno if i like the new Away top or not. not a fan of collars on kits. maybe if I see it up close I might change my mind to liking it. end of the day its what they do on the pitch that matters. as on the friendly a good work out nice to see Arronson back and showing some good glimpses. still like to see a couple more new faces in we still got a month to hold onto players being touted and talked about. so far happy the way its going but still a while to go to see what we have at our deposal for the season.

I’m hearing that Leeds received over £1.5m from Hull in compensation for Drameh based upon the £1.2m we paid for him and the 4 years of development we gave him, even though we loaned him out. Obviously the clickbait girl will not be able to verify that, but maybe Aski can dig up some recent compensation ruling cases. The fact is that Hull get a very good RB, RWB and RCB for peanuts

Whilst I am sure there are a lot more, the two most recent ones I can remember, and thus able to search online to obtain some details are :

Nathan Fergusson joining Crystal Palace from West Brom. Fergusson was in final year of his contract in the 19/20 season. Palace offered £4m in the January transfer window, West Brom rejected it and eventually a fee of £8m was agreed. Fergusson failed his medical and thus the transfer did not go ahead. Come the end of the season and Fergusson now being out of contract, the joined Palace on a free transfer. The PFCC (Professional Football Compensation Committee) awarded West Brom a fee of £900k in November 2021, 13 months after Fergusson had joined Palace.

Fergusson has just been released by Palace, 4 years after they signed him, with him having played less than 10 minutes of competitive first team football.

The other one I remember was Luca Murphy who joined Fulham after being released by Hartlepool. This however wasn't a normal type of transfer as Murphy had his contract terminated by Hartlepool, after he had returned from a trial with Fulham. Fulham signed him 2 weeks later and said that they didnt need to pay a fee for Murphy, as he was now a free agent following his contract termination. Fulham released him 2 years later and were ordered to pay Hartlepool a "6 figure" sum 3 years after he left Hartlepool, and 10 months after Fulham had also released him

Therefore I would feel that whatever fee we have received from Hull, will have been negotiated between the clubs, as its unlikely that the PFCC would have heard and given judgement on the transfer this quickly. Maybe the fee might not reflect the true value that Leeds placed on Drameh, but I am guessing both clubs preferred not to be at the whim of a decision from the PFCC sometime in the future

Dramah NEVER played well for us.

He won the player of the year at a struggling Cardiff but it was Leeds fans who went on to the Cardiff site and voted for him.

He was OK at Luton but they didn't exactly move heaven and earth to get him for the PL or even this summer back in the Championship.

He was distinctly average last season as Birmingham were relegated.

We paid a million, we've had a couple or three loan fees. He helped the youth teams, played a handful of games for our first team. Looks like we got about a million back for him. It's football. We had a free shot at him making the grade.

For every Summerville, there are 20 Dramahs.

We all move on. There's no Drama(h) here.

LOL. It never occurred to me that the Leeds supporters voted for him. Reminded me of Boaty McBoatface. First class! :D
