Footage showed minimal to no contact but he went over in the box and got a penalty, which secured Derby’s 3-1 win over West Brom. He will therefor be available to play against Leeds in the two legged play off semi final. Tom Pearce has arrived back at Elland Road following his loan spell to Scunthorpe United. The England U21 left back made 9 appearances, and scored once since his deadline day loan in January! Being that Pearce is our only recognised fit left back, what are the chances that the youngster may play a part in the play offs? He is only 68kg - just over 10 stone. Some players are just not build be be 100 percent lean imo! Look at Assombalonga! Don't think Pearce can play so no chance at all,Saiz should have been made to stay till we replaced him. Bielsa messed up in the transfer window.

On the home front Bielsa needs to publicly make the statement that he is staying and calm it all down, if he is not staying then pass it on to Corberan the U23 coach and fck off ...... tell the players that they are playing for there survival at the club and nothing less than 110% will be accepted, Harrison and Brown shown the door, Dallas you can go on vacation early and take all your belongings with you. ALL the U23 squad report for training and fill the gaps with our future players before they decide to GTF. The faithful supporters would like to see the youth injected into the squad not keep with the dross that been put on show lately, if we get beat so what we have and are used to let downs..... Morning all Saiz Doesn't Matter And to be honest he didn't want to be here and the players, staff and manager didnt want him here. So you can hardly call him a first class player? a first class **** maybe. I agree about getting Bielsa to tell us what he's doing next season
You know yourself nowadays the players hold the power. Forcing him to stay could have ruined the dressing room morale and he might not have bothered to put any effort into his performances.
After yesterdays discussion regarding the quality of our U23s I have put a team together based upon the number of appearances each made in this successful season in brackets Miazek GK (12) Defenders Davies (26) Diaz (29) Halme (25) Odour (25) Struijk (28) Midfield Gotts (31) Clarke (22) Stevens (35) McCalmont (26) Striker Edmondson (32) Subs Brown (17) Kun (20) Huffer (9) Hosannah (18) Bogusz (10) Nicell (23) Think you can see the contributions and also some players missing because they were sent out on loan like Pearce, Dalby and Nessy. Top scorers Edmondson with 18 followed by Brown on 8 and Kun on 7. Be interesting to see if we release any of these kids and who of our loaned out players if any are brought back. Oriol Rey must be a must to have back as he is without doubt the star of our kids out on loan. Pearce, Coyle, Dalby, Wilks, Denton, Ideguchi, O'Connor, Nessy?
