Good Morning Everyone Daniel James has spoken publicly since the failed transfer to Elland Road It has been a tough few days with everything that’s gone on,” "But I’m back here now, I trained today and I really enjoyed it. “I do love it here, the boys have welcomed me back and there were a few laughs and jokes. It's been just the same as it has been.” "We had the conversation before the game and we agreed it was right for me not to play the game on Saturday," “It wasn’t that my head wouldn’t have been in the game. My head is here but with going back and forth I didn’t feel I’d prepared myself right and the last thing I wanted was to have a bad game and people think my head wasn't in it. “What the manager said was great for me as it was a tough time for him to speak to me and it helped me settle down.” New signing Mateusz Bogusz has revealed that fellow countryman Mateusz Klich persuaded him to sign for Leeds :- "I met Mateusz Klich when I first came to Leeds," he told Ruch's website. "He praised the club, he persuaded me to come. He emphasised that the fans here are very close to the club. "Here everyone lives every ball, they are fanatics." "I will be training and playing in the Under-23s team, but I was told that I will also participate in the first team's activities. "The club's plan is to prepare me and train with the first team during the first half-year. Everything depends on me, of course." Asked about his decision to leave Ruch, he replied: "I always wanted to move forward and grow. When there was a chance to leave, I definitely wanted to try my hand. I just took another step forward. "The next step will be to debut in the first team. Somehow I've never had big dreams. I just always wanted to play football because I love it."
Morning all The Dan James interview was just loaded questions meant for him to answer in a way that tried to take the heat out. he is still trying to play football and earn a living down there and would be crazy to tell the truth: I wanted to leave, I asked to leave, I was told I could go, I was told it was a done deal and to have the medical, then the club refused to answer calls from me or Leeds Utd, I got Jenkins number from McBurnie who was laughing. I had a video made kicking a ball in a Leeds shirt and then I was shat on...... Pinch of salt needed with that interview. I have a feeling that the only way young James will play for Leeds is if we fail to go up this season. If we go up I don't think he's good enough so may have lost his chance. 6 month being coached by Bielsa would have made him fit for purpose next season but ....... and a story I read earlier says Bielsa will sign James and Lennon is pure fantasy bollox If the young Pole is half as good as he's meant to be we may well see him in the first team later this season. It's going to be a nightmare watching results come in from now on and lets be frank here, usually at this time of year we are arguing about if we will make top 10.
Good Morning to Matt and co from a dull Bardsey I remember 67 years ago today when the Old King died who would have thought her majesty would rein for 67 further years at least Newport really tore into Boro last night and lets face it goalkeeper apart it was their first team out there .Did Asamba;onga get injured I wonder and Hughill too thank goodness we didn't buy him! Really belief on last nights showing we can get the right result on Sat we need it I thought their second goal was a well worked out training move and showed the Boro defence for what it is slow at best
Morning all. Seems a bit strange with the transfer window closed and more fear for how we will perform next time out than I have had all season, no update from the EFL over spygate yet then
Morning Mike, Asambalonga always looks like a big fat lump on the pitch, but maybe the camera adds 20 lbs?
Which f***ing idiot has agreed to rearrange the game against QPR for Tuesday 26th Feb ???? That's 3 days before we play WBA at home on the Friday night which is a game which could go a long way to deciding the top 2. Plenty of time to have played it later in the season with hopefully a few more players back available for selection.
Lives round the corner from me... doesn’t look too tubby to me... But then these things are relative!
We're definitely not helping ourselves, what a stupid decision. Would've been nice to have had a clear week preparing for WBA.
Defender Ashton Hall could be the next young Matlock Town star to earn a move to a leading Championship side. Hall, who turned eighteen last October has been spending the week at Leeds United and might be following in the footsteps of Max Hunt and Zak Brunt who have made the step up with Derby County and Sheffield United respectively in the last thirteen months. Matlock boss Dave Frecklington watched Hall turn in an “outstanding” performance for United’s under eighteen side in a closed doors 3-0 victory over Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday. “Ashton’s been training with the Leeds under twenty three’s and then played for the under eighteen side against Shrewsbury. He was excellent, outstanding, playing on the right of a back three in the first half and on the right of a back four in the second half. He’d gone into the game off the cuff with just one training session with Leeds so to step up and play so well with a totally new group of people was brilliant. His attitude and application has always been outstanding and I’m really really pleased for him. He’ll be training with the under 23’s again for the rest of the week, It’ll give Leeds the opportunity to take a really good look at him and to make a decision on him at the beginning of nest week. He didn’t put a foot wrong against Shrewsbury and looked like he’d been there for all of his career.”
Good spot Pat, as I saw the result but couldn't get no details except the 3 scorers which means all 3 of our teams are still top of their leagues.

Haven't seen the vid for this, but if Mings was a Leeds player, he's be facing a life sentence for attempted murder, and the club would have been deducted 40 points a season for the next 50 years. OK, perhaps an exaggeration - perhaps only 30 years.
This should be taken out of the hands of the FA. And passed to the police for an independent enquiry or some other responsible body, if we can find one. Put this next to spy gate there's no comparison. Just an additional thought why are the BBC not reporting this. They could take that stupid video off of Pratt Keown spouting morals re spy gate if they are short of room.
I feel sick seeing that guys injuries,Mings with previous, should have a lifetime ban from football & villa a points deduction, theirs no excuses or a place in any sport for that.As 2p said Put this next to spy gate there's no comparison.Yet i have a nasty feeling that we will not hear much more on this as it will be swept under the carpet.
Unless we put in a complaint to the FL saying we are suffering from shock after seeing those photos.. I remember Lee Bowyer standing on a Turk
