    Good Morning Everyone

A 2-0 loss away at one of the divisions in form sides - It could have been worse

It could have been a lot better too.

Grot's glaring miss into an empty net, and a 1 on 1 missed by Ekuban, which to rub salt into the wound resulted in Fulham scoring their second 14 seconds later is what Leeds fans have come to expect.

    Were Leeds unlucky?

Should they have got something out of the game?

    Was O'Kane really injured?

Is Heckingbottom the man to save us next season?

Is it time to part company now, and give big Mick time to properly assess our squad before the Summer?

O'Kane going off with a "recurring groin injury" means there are now 8 players on the treatment table.

    They are dropping like flies.

Call me sceptical but I do wonder whether they are all injured or not!

O'Kane gets slaughtered week in, weeek out, perhaps this is his way of sauing I've had enough?

Who remembers Viduka delibereately getting himself sent off so he didn't have to play the last couple of games during our relegation season from the Prem?

Morning all, I believe the injuries are genuine

If we’d have been the team in White not blue yesterday we’d have believed we deserved the win, Fulham were much the better team over 90 minutes but I agree it could have been very different had those two efforts found the back of the net.

It could have been different for Fulham too had they not hit the post, had their own player not been in the way of a goal bound shot and had they not missed a few of their decent chances.

On a positive they are unbeaten in 18 games, they are probably the hardest team to beat in this division at the moment and yes in patches we matched them.

    Morning all,

    Were Leeds unlucky?

No – We miss 2 easy goals, that’s not unlucky that is poor strikers

Should they have got something out of the game?

Games are won on goals. They should have scored them.

    Was O'Kane really injured?

I don’t think so, when there is a poor performance players go down so they don’t have to deal with the embarrassment – Pontus did the same thing before xmas, surprise surprise was fine the next week.

Is Heckingbottom the man to save us next season?

No. Not at all – TC would have been better IMO.

Is it time to part company now, and give big Mick time to properly assess our squad before the Summer?

If the highers in leeds understood the championship they would be after this guy for whatever cost – but they wont and we will carry on with a cheap manager and this time next year we will be sat here saying MAYBE NEXT SEASON WE WILL GET IT RIGHT.

Morning all. No comments to make as being critical is frowned upon these days. Great to see the long evenings

With regards to Mick and “cheap” options...

Rads paid £500k to get PH and Mick is going to be free. PH doesn’t like any of the managerial side, he likes to coach and works under whoever Orta brings in. Mick isn’t that kind of manager, he is more hands on.

It’s no use bashing Rads over appointments, he is being guided by Orta.

Fans are split on whether or not Orta is doing a decent job in his signings for the budget available.

I would like us to dump Orta and go the traditional route but that’s just me.

For anyone who doesn’t believe Orta is having an influence on team affairs you just have to look at our free kicks and the stupid way we stand offside and run back. This is still the “set piece” coach at work, PH obviously doesn’t have a say in that area.

Good Morning To Matt amd co from a very wet Bardsey. Will it ever stop raining at least we are not affected by itunlike the poor inhabitants in Todmorden etc
Its about time we stopped giving aid to all these overseas countries and started looking after are own ,why do we give China money?
Do we get rid of Heck its not his fault we have strikers who can't strike is Saiz wanting to move next season apparently he put little or no effort in last night
Will AR use his friendship with the arabs to bankroll us next season I hope he does because we need a total overhaul of staff and get 5 quality players in costing at least 25m
I am not sold on MM but at least his assistant is a leeds ladand having met him and his wife a very nice one
On a much lighter note I went to Band M and bought some special bird food I have now 20 yellow hammers feeding in my garden which is amazing considering there are only 1700breeding pair in the whole country .I was always good at attracting birds though!

We weren't unlucky, we were actually lucky that Fulham didn't play as well as they can.

Fulham would have torn us a new ass <ok>

I too must say I'm puzzled as to why you would want 3 players facing the wrong way to get a strike on goal when the ball is struck.

Ell, I was posting a new thread about this at the same time that you posted this. Feel free to delete it to avoid confusion. Which begs the question - are you able to delete your own threads? I've assumed not.

Good for you, Mike. Hope Moe keeps well enough to enjoy it.

About to head off to bed. Took 22 hours door to door to get here, so hopefully staying up the extra 5 hours to 3am local time will get me over the jet lag. Knackered.

I just don't know why Ekuban is preferred to Lasogga. The German would have put away that 1 on 1 chance for breakfast.

The German wouldn't have had the pace to be on the end of it in the first place

We were unbalanced, looked poor and not interested, one thing i would like to say is, i am getting fed up of Jannson shouting his mouth off and getting booked, he would do better concentrating on his game as the first goal was his fault, his discipline is poor and puts unwanted pressure on the rest of the team.

PH did well for Fulham, playing full backs out of place???? so all they did was expose us down the flanks, hope Radz sees this and shows him the door along with Orta, in a nutshell we are poor............. Fan wise, we are the best, what a show from them again, the team is not worthy of them, period.

Probably because whether folk want him here or not, Lasogga aint gonna be at the club next season and with nothing to play for, not a lot of point playing him

We have someone better though. :emoticon-0103-cool:

Someone with the pace of Ekuban, but with the finishing qualities of Lasogga...
