Morning all... I find it most strange that it was Sampdoria that came knocking, must have had their scouts take note at the U21s Would Vieira improve our chances of promotion this season? Will Bamford improve our chances this season? If Vieira hit his true potential we would have had to sell him once he asked to leave, we might have got a lot more for him but as much as Bamfords goals could earn us if he makes a difference and helps us to the PL? I was at the Leeds Roma game in 2000 that one sticks in my mind as we went through to the QF my favourite ‘match’ ever though would be Man U getting beat handing us the title. Morning ristac, interesting point about Viera. I thought last season he was really disappointing, plus he did not have one decent game in pre season. By securing him on a 5 year contract, Sampdoria will be looking at a long term investment whereas Leeds want a quick fix, and are carefully trying to plot a course to the Prem.

Morning all. Leeds were at their peak when they beat Southampton 7 nil and Man U 5.1 in successive games.Southampton were not a poor team but everything that Leeds tried came off. Happy days.
