Definitely think Raphinia is capable of playing the number 10 role and the vision of Raphinia, Harrison and James running at defences, especially on the break, fills me with joy.
Morning all Raphinha often cuts inside, he doesn’t stick out wide hugging the touch line. He doesn’t run up and down the wing just whipping crosses in. I can’t see why he couldn’t comfortably play a more central role. It’s far easier that way around than expecting a CM to convert to a disciplined winger

Hard to believe Radabe came here as a midfielder, saw him play there in a cup game at Walsall, he was lost in there, genius from Graham* to move him into the CB position. *it was Graham that moved him, right??
It's a long time ago but I seem to hazily remember Graham using him in midfield a fair bit to man mark players. Might be wrong though as Graham used to play a **** load of defenders. It's difficult to really pin point who played where. He used to routinely fit Kelly, Wetherall, Molenaar, Dorigo, Halle, Radebe and Palmer in a starting line up.
Will be interested to see how it goes also from Raphs perspective as he just got his first (I think) call up for Brazil thanks to his wing play for us.
