Morning all, all the rumours about new managers, owners and players, well they are a welcome distraction to what has been a disastrous season. I say that now but I’ll be totally bored of them a month from now unless any materialise. Personally I now feel we are stuck with the Orta/PH combination.
Now this might interest you i have just read that Since Neil Harris took over as manager at Millwall he had a plan that at every transfer window he would aim to improve his squad by 2% he added 2 or 3 and rid 2 or 3 in each window. and has said that over 3 years he has improved his squad by at least 10% He is looking to add another 2% this window by adding 2 new signings (and no doubt outing 2) keeps the team together, consistency, and shape. This just makes it so easy to see why Leeds go 50% backwards at each window. simple really
Not exactly reaching for the sky is he. I could improve the nillwall squad by 5% by nailing some new leather studs in my old boots and playing for them.

I would do anything for MM in charge. If he cant make the poor excuse of a squad atleast play consistent football there truly is no hope. Just hope the uppers see that he should be the man in charge. But - It's highly unlikely.
