    Good Morning Everyone

Derby drew in the end last night at the Liberty Stadium, as the Swans piled on the second half pressure causing the Rams to buckle and concede an equaliser.

Fat Frank's team need to beat West Brom on Saturday to guarantee 6th spot and a play off semi final against Leeds. A draw or loss would be sufficient as long as Boro or Bristol City don't win as Derby have a far superior goal difference.

Hot on Derby's tail are Boro - one point behind, and Bristol City - two points.

I would not want to go into the last game of the season knowing I needed a win against West Brom to guarantee the play offs!

Its pleasing to know that which ever of the three we meet (assuming we get at least a point at Portman Road) they won't have a minute's peace until the final whistle on Saturday!

Leeds fans have been laying into soccer pundit Paul Merson after suggesting Leeds are at a disadvantage as they do not know who they'll be playing against in the play offs

“Villa and West Brom sort of know each other they are going to be playing each other, Leeds won’t have a clue who they are playing yet. Because there are three teams, they have got to wait to literally the last day of the season to know if it’s going to be Bristol City, Derby or Middlesbrough.”

If only Bielsa did his homework....

If you could choose one particular skill to improve on, what would it be?

Free kicks? Messi showed last night that free kicks are more like penalties

Throw ins - A la Iceland!

Penalty taker - Would you say that our conversion rate was average?

Or - all three need vast improvement!

Good Morning to Matt and co from a sunny Bardsey
I think that Bristol would be my choice Pulis will come to defend and choke us Derby should have had p[oints deducted under Fair play has they and Villa have got away with murder
I hope we get Bielsa to sign another contract and that we have already got in place what new signings we need
Daniel James would do for a start and do we need another striker when we have Edmundson I hope we copy Ajax in our approach to bringing the young kids through
So perhaps we might need to find money for James less money received for Saizand Ekuban and final Wood payment

    Morning all...

Having beat Derby comfortably twice they would be the obvious choice of who we’d like to face but I can’t stand the thought that they could knock us out after we’ve beaten them twice, Spygate and far superior points difference.

I’d prefer to face Bristol City but as we all know it’s a lottery so there isn’t going to be an easy game.

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Detest Fat frank although would prefer to play Derby because we humiliated them twice already and Fat Frank is Bielsa's rabbit.

Seems everyone has a comment to make about the Villa game but Bamford is the real loser as he will take stick in every game from now on.

It seems like positive news will be coming soon regarding Bielsa unless anything untoward happens between now and the end of the season. Radz has mentioned to his close contacts that Bielsa has given more instructions for TA development and also transfer targets......

Bristol City for me, Johnson said just after we played them, he'd love to play us in the play offs, as he'd be confident they'd go through, lets see then, Mr Big Gob.
Don't Boro have a bit of a defensive problem, 3 of their regular back 4 out for the season, Ayala, Friend and one more I can't remember the name.

More than anything else, we need to improve our shooting, that's from all quarters, our strike rate to chances created is woeful in truth.

    Morning all,

I'm not overly bothered who we play in the final games of the season. After Ipswich we have to win three games, simple.

One point there Gessa. I dont believe its possible to improve the shooting. You can coach and improve lads in other areas of the game but not shooting. They either have it or they havent. Ours dont have it and thats one of the reasons were got on the cheap or loanees imo. Bielsas been lamenting the fact time and again and if he couldve sorted it by now, he would have. Good morning all by the way

I think what’s hard to coach is composure... and that manifests itself most with rabbit in headlight moments when the goal appears.

Mane and Mo Salah panicked last night too and I would say the scousers fluffed their lines plenty of times in the first half and should have been well ahead at the break. They panicked, they all panicked except for Milner

We have a team of 2nd tier players and some will panic and big times. Bamford, Harrison, Alioski, Cooper, Ayling and Roberts have all missed simple chances or fallen over under pressure

Liverpool were like a better version of us last night... the dominant side for mist of the game but couldn’t make it count.

Pressure effects people differently.... some are better under the adrenaline rush, some are no different whatever the pressure, but many more are negatively affected by it. And it can effect different people in different ways.

I was a reasonable sportsman in my youth, nothing exceptional, but I found that nerves before an important match, could leave me fatigued and lethargic right from the beginning of the game. I guess you could say beaten before I started. However, at critical moments of a game I tended not to choke.

To be a professional footballer you have already proved you can handle pressure, those that can’t don’t make it... but there are degrees of pressure. Some shirts are heavier than others and as for the mane chance. Would he have buried it, at 3-0 at home to Huddersfield?

Think Wolves had us,fluked a goal against us with a free kick, last season so they contacted us telling us he was a specialist free kick taker and swindled us <grr>
