Good Morning Everyone Frank Lampard went on the counter attack following Derby's penalty win against a very poor Southampton side. The journo's were quick to wind up the former England International regarding Bielsa's comments easrlier that evening. "He gave an impression," Lampard told Sky Sports. "I haven't seen Pep Guardiola give that impression, Jurgen Klopp give that, Mauricio Pochettino give that. They do it behind closed doors definitely, but they don't do it to the public. "Yeah [everyone does research] it's really simple. It's probably a nice eye-opener for the fan to see it because most of this stuff happens behind closed doors. "But they are done everywhere, there's no amazement from anyone who works in football." Leeds fans have been bombarding Derbyshire Police to seek clarification about the Leeds spy to infiltrated Derby's top secret training base. Not only was the Leeds scout not hiding crouched down in the undergrowth but he was STOOD on PUBLIC LAND and was just asked by Derbyshire Police to move on.... Derbyshire Police A report came in that a person was on a public road but was acting suspiciously around the training centre's perimeter fence, hence the response from our officers. We cannot make comment as to what was on his person or give exact details as no arrest or charge was made. Derbyshire Police Hi Ryan, He was found not to be committing a crime so no further action was necessary. He was simply & politely asked to move on. He was indeed stood on public land. please log in to view this image Stan Collymore had a complete meltdown yesterday launching a tirade of abuse at Leeds fans. The outspoken Soccer pundit had been widely criticised for his comments regarding Spygate, then went a step further as he urged every Championship club should take legal action against Leeds. Obviously Leeds fans on social media retaliated; this is when the ex Liverpool star lost the plot attaching articles painting our club as being racist thugs! Thoughts?
Morning all... Lampard has been made to look a right fool, I can’t help but feel the power of social media has helped Leeds United this time around. The tweet going around in regards to Chelsea and Jose instructing spying sessions made it to Sky Sports, they confronted Lampard and he said he didn’t believe it then he repeated that the Leeds guy had pliers. Derbyshire police have indeed reported “as no arrest was made no search was necessary” so they have no idea what was on his person. They also contradicted Lampard by confirming he was on public land, they did not enter Derby’s training ground, Lampard stated the police entered the training ground. The guy is a serial liar. I enjoyed watching Collymore push the self destruct, his actions on twitter won’t go unnoticed. It will be his loss as it will surely have a negative consequence about his appeal to future employment as a pundit. I’m uncertain what will happen next in regards to the EFL and FA over any possible punishment, Bielsa has done nothing wrong, I just don’t want him wanting out of the ****hole that is English footballs heirarchy and clearing off out. Being called a cheat obviously bothers him quite deeply, me myself, I’m putting him right up there with the greatest we’ve seen at the club and I’m hoping he sees it through and delivers what we know he can deliver.
Morning all On the Bielsa front the main headlines from everyone including the BBC is that we spied on everyone, no mention of what he does behind the scenes and indeed the useless BBC this morning showing the PowerPoint presentation gave the viewer the impression that all that data was gotten from spying. It's been good watching Popey and Phil Hay schooling their colleagues and giving the real story. Indeed Lampards stupid comments of last night were rubbished by Popey when he said that its like someone saying they have played golf at st Andrews when they actually played at their local pay and play course. I believe those who care about the story are gobsmacked at the high standards, the effort, the systems, the dedication, the professionalism, take a bow Don Marcello you are without doubt the greatest living football coach oh and you are our coach, thank you. Quiet on the tranny front because of last night but I believe Kiko's medical was passed yesterday and we should see a video of our new player later today. Swansea not wanting to sell us a player is no surprise but it still may happen but it seems the Callum O'Dowd thing may be gathering pace, even though the Brentford assistant manager knew nothing about it? So plenty of stories out their but not many we can say is real. Mike wanted videos of Dan James but there are none worth looking at because he's an unknown kid just yet. However I have seen a great one on twitter but cant find it. This video showed every mazy, speedy run the kid has done so far for Swansea and he looked really good.
An eagle eyed fan noticed on Bielsas presentation... When he hooked up his laptop there was a folder called “20 James Win Swansea MP4”
Morning all Is suggesting that twitter respondents "come down to Cannock" and "then give it the big un" either inciting violence or threatening behaviour? I've being looking through club charters today. I've looked at the Leeds Customer Charter, Derbys Charter, Morecomes and Wimbeldons. They all appear to be pretty similar and vague. They certainly don't give any impression of expected behaiour of staff in relation to behaviour to other clubs, but perhaps I missed something. A Link to Derbys charter is attached for information. https://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/club-charter Its similar in many respects to the one Leeds produce. https://www.leedsunited.com/club/customer-charter The purpose of doing this was in the EFL statement they said "The EFL has now determined that it is appropriate to consider this matter in the context of a number of EFL Regulations whilst also noting that the alleged actions appear to contravene the Club Charter that all EFL Clubs agreed to in summer 2018'
Eric The problem with the FA and EFL and indeed the PL is that they make rules up constantly to suit a particular problem when it lands. Remember the days of Leeds taking a beating from the EFL because of Bates. It was agreed by journalists that the EFL was nothing more than a gentelman's club, a private members club with fewer rules than a standard golf club. However they have the power to make it up on the hoof for example. Its not against the law to go into administration but it is in football. Its not against the law to come out of administration without using a CVA but it is in football.... We can only wait and see
Good Morning to Matt and co from asunny Bardsey I think we have heard enough about spygate we have not broke any laws we did not trespass so lets get on and win the league no doubt he will be presented with binoculars at the end of the season Kiki will sign today but will he play on Sat ? Daniel James is still our number one target no doubt we have had an agent visit him already! I expect this will be announced next week
Yes Doc, I see that but it gets me really irritated when they act in such an apparently undisciplined way. Saying we appear to have contravened our charter when we have done nothing of the sort. I shall cease and desist now otherwise.......
Hypothetical question: EFL find us guilty and they; A) Give us 3 points Deduction B) Fine Bielsa 1) I’d imagine if a 3 point deduction the club would fight it tooth and nail, solicitors and legal team would rip into it for fun dragging up **** loads of other examples of similar behaviour going unpunished 2) If it was a Biesa fine I’m sure the club would pay it for him but would they think lets pay it and put it to bed or would they appeal and fight it? Fight it for the honour of Bielsa or pay the fine for it to stop being an unwanted distraction but risk Bielsa feeling the club are accepting he did something wrong when he feels he never? Me personally: fight any action no matter how small the punishment
The bunch of numb nuts they call themselves the FA are undicided what to do, but after seeing how thorough Bielsa is have summond ferret face Southgate to there office lol. Joking apart this needs dropping cos Bielsa will say fck the lot of ya, you lot are amateurs I’m off !!!!
My biggest problem with all this publicity around Bielsa,is that every football club around europe will now have heard of, & admire him,and will be marking him down as a possible future target.
Henry Winter says the FA should punish him by ordering him to run coaching seminars at St Georges Park, so he can teach UK coaches how to do their jobs. This was in response to Lampards comments last night.
Morning all. There will be a pause now for the lily livered football administrators to judge not the "crime" but the public reaction.
Last night was a powerful coach instructing his club to set up a press conference. You will notice none of the Board were present and must have been crapping themselves, but he was allowed to do it because of who he is. Would love to know what Radz and Co thought about the outcome. I'm guessing they were peeing themselves but probably worrying that Bielsa will become the most sought after coach in World football and they don't have him tied to a long contract.
Interesting that there isn't anything on the official site? although they did say no further comments would be made after their first and only statement
