Good Morning. It's Monday 1st May, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road

Bournemouth run riot over sorry Leeds

Choruses of boos were prominent from the away continent, as referee Chris Kavanagh blew for the final whistle, yesterday afternoon at the Vitality Stadium. It takes a lot for the Leeds faithful to turn on their own, but having travelled over half way around the Country, just to watch them being trampled over by the latest in a long line of average opponents, the realisation of relegation can't come too soon for many fans.

Shipping 23 goals in a month is quite an achievement, beating their (and the Premier League's) previous record, set during the final chapter of Bielsa's tenure 15 months ago; yet given the choice, the club would do anything to have the Argentine back at the helm right now!

The hosts broke the deadlock on 20 minutes after a teasing run by Solanke, which saw the 25yo weave in and out of traffic, leaving defenders in his midst, before setting up Jefferson Lerma for a spectacular finish. He doubled his tally four minutes later after another blunder from Meslier, which saw the young Frenchman palm Christie's corner aimlessly into his sights.

Bamford restored some respectability to the scoreline with twelve minutes remaining of the half, but that was a good as it got for Gracia's side, as Bournemouth ramped up to third gear. Second half strikes from Solanke and Semenyo guaranteed Premier League status for the plucky South Coast outfit, but more or less hammered the final nails into the Leeds Utd coffin.

Toxic both on and off the pitch

As the players left their lavish hotel, on the way to the Stadium yesterday morning, a bunch of die hard Leeds fans including a young lad who couldn't be more than five or six, proudly donning his Leeds Utd attire, turned up to wish the team well.

Having (probably) travelled hundreds of miles to interact with his heroes were dashed, as one by one, the players blatantly ignored his frantic waves, opting to drown out the well wishers, and pretend to text, so not to acknowledge their besotted fans.

Is this what our club has come to?

A snapshot of what this is, no team, all wrapped up in their singular world.
Not interacting with fans, not interacting with each other.

The vile Pierre Morgan has taken to commenting on that video. It has had 3.2m viewings so far and was discussed on that gb news channel thing. Don’t know exact name as I’ve never watched. Zero comment from the club. I can’t believe how far we’ve sunk since the heady days of Marcello

    Good morning to you all
Breaks my heart to see that youngster greeting them, only to blanked, those players are disgusting and i hope they are ashamed of themselves.
I am not only pi**ed off with their performances, but their attitude as well.
The most loyal fan base in the world does not deserve that, and every player should go in front of the camera and apologise to the fans.

Exactly what happened to the card schools you used to see. We need a coach who is strict and sets some rules.

On Twitter, someone has asked for the lads identity, they are going to donate a signed Tyler Adams shirt to him. This is when Social media actually does good for a change

Seems such a long time now, since the day's of Bielsa who out in a cafe or out walking around Leeds, would stop and quite happily talk to fans.
just shows how far this club has fallen in such a short space of time.

    Morning all

I just can’t make sense how a team can change so much from the one we were watching the first half of the Palace game to what we now have. Heidi also pinpointed that we’ve gone backwards since the 49ers upped their share.

Maybe Bielsa was right all along in refusing players who were not better than what we had, maybe he wasn’t stubborn, he just felt those being offered by Orta were not up to the task.

Roca, McKennie, Aaronson, Kristensen, Rutter. I’d honestly prefer to see Klich, James, Joffy and Forshaw starting, they’d not save us but they’d fight more than this bunch.

We can all pinpoint blame, should we have sacked Bielsa, appointed Jesse, Sacked Jesse sooner, allowed his targets to be signed, signed players we did, spend £35m on a prospect, sack Jesse at all, appoint Gracia and now should we sack him.

It doesn’t matter which you believe, Radz should have got shot of Orta sooner and Orta has got the majority of the signings wrong. Until we change at the top we can’t fix this.

I mentioned yesterday that Morgan had retweeted that video, and I said we’ve not heard the last of it. The guy is a prick but he’s a prick with 8.4m followers, with that exposure and world eyes watching we’ve fallen back to the levels long before Bielsa stepped foot into the building

Something just isn’t right, Jack sitting alone in the dugout 10 minutes after the fans had left

Eire it may have been Talk TV as that’s who Morgan works for, not GB News.

Just out of interest, I know he’s a twat but why do consider him vile? Must admit I don’t follow what he says as much as it appears you do <whistle> just wondering how he has any relevance to you in what he does/says <confused>
