Morning all Yes big week especially as the club would like to get any announcements done before the England circus takes over. No no news over the weekend just some journos trying to put fresh spin on it, but things still point to Biesla and he could turn them down flat at any moment. If however he does sign on it must mean he has a bunch of players he wants and if Orta cant get them no doubt Orta will feel some pain. One rumor that could make sense is Fernando Llorente from Spurs, either a cheap buy or even a loan to get rid of his wages. Liorente thinks Biesla is the dogs as he created him and made him a star striker even getting him into the national team. He scored 118 goals for Biesla at Athletic Bilbao until Biesla left and Liorente went to Juve then. He scored plenty of goals for Swansea before being sold to Spurs but no chance of dislodging Kayne so only 1 goal. He's 33 and almost done and wants a new challenge and who knows? I guess if Biesla takes over we will hear plenty of stories about loan moves from Spuds and City Hernandez has plenty of offers and until things are decided at Leeds I dont think we will see him or anyone else. Pre season is just about fitness,sure they can arrange as many behind closed door games as they want.
I was hoping to go abroad to watch us.now the biggest game is against las palmas .im sure there was only seven of them.
