Morning Matt and all. Even a blind man on a flying horse could see we were top heavy with u23's, no idea why it as come as a surprise to him. BPF as shown great loyalty to N I, who had shown faith in him, nice to see his priniples and also nice to see he is thought of highly enough for England to be interested. A lot of footballers seem to under estimate the importance of a good diet and what effect alcohol has on the body, looks as though Biesla as drummed that in to our lot, one of the reasons for such improved performances. Not sure the kiss of death happens so often now, it was unreal how often it happened though.

Good morning i think rads just needs to ssy something now and then.he made a right hash of last season and i blame Orta for that he just used a scatter gun approach to the whole club.funny but most of those U23s leaving are continentals.the success is due to clarke shackleton and dalby etc who have listened and playing well.
The u23s were shyte, as simple as that and even finished bottom of a very poor league. Radz asked Orta to sort it out and he went out and brought in talent from the UK and Europe. After a shaky start last season bedding these players in and a new coach and tactics, they won the league and this season they are unbeaten in a much tougher league. Yes there are too many and a balance needs taking especially with some of the European kids who were bit part players last season. When you look at Miazek, Halme, Dalby, Hossanah, Edmondson, Clarke, Stevens, Nicell, O'Connor, Pearce, Shaughnessy, Shackelton, Haugland, Coyle, Wilkes, Gotts, Huffer and Kitching. 19 players there with a couple out on loan and a couple in the first team area, but there are over 30 U23 players and a group of kids ready to graduate from the U18s. So yes some pairing needs to happen as these u23s are all pro players and on wages and yes some of Orta's are now worth money so could be moved on, but dont think it will be everyone on the list Elland put up as a couple are key and some have gone out on loan already Great news for the club about all the awards but the season is a few months longer than one month and love the way Bielsa says no photo we aint done anything yet. The club should have put his award on his bucket and photographed it and put it on the front cover of the program. Iconic

Morning Doc, obviously there is a lot of money invested in the youngster, if certain players are not improving as much or as quickly as others, they will be shown the door. The future is bright though...
