The highly rated midfielder needs first team football, and Imps Manager Michael Appleton will provide that. Both clubs will speak again in January to access the situation. It was thought that Gotts would stay in Yorkshire, but Hull withdrew their interest having recently signed Regan Slater from Sheffield Utd. please log in to view this image Chris Powell opens up about Crysencio Summerville Former Charlton and Huddersfield Manager Chris Powell has opened up to the Yorkshire Evening Post about Leeds exciting new winger Crysencio Summerville. The experienced ex-left back enjoyed a 23 year playing career including 663 appearances, and five for England. ADO Den Haag Manager Alan Pardew bought Powell onboard last December (along with Paul Butler) in a bid to save the Dutch side from relegation. It was there that Powell and Summerville developed a close working relationship. “I struck up a really good rapport with him,” “You could see the raw talent he had. “He’s only tiny, he’s like five foot nothing but he’s got wonderful balance. “One v one is his strength, against players. He’s quite a free spirit out on the wing, in a good way. When you go to a new club you have to find your peer group, who you settle with and who helps you. That will be important for Cry because he’s 18, he’s still a young man. Going to the professional ranks has happened quite early for him. “He will have to learn how Leeds want him to play, in the 23s, and take it on board. It’s an exciting signing but whether he’ll be involved in the first team I’m not so sure yet. “Marcelo does put some young players in, it’s a small squad so over the course of the season we might see him in the 18. Good morning. I’m not overly disappointed if there’s no more transfers. Anything else would’ve been a bonus but I’m always worried we’ll get ripped off buying from English clubs. We might be better off saving the money for January when we’ll have a better idea which positions might need more cover. The season ticket thing doesn’t really affect me. It was spent money anyway and i’m lucky that my income hasn’t changed over the last few months. They’ll sort it out eventually but I can see how someone who just spent hundreds not realising they were going to lose their job might feel pissed off by it. Lincoln will be a good experience for Robbie. Probably the best atmosphere at a game not involving Leeds that i’ve been to.

As I posted yesterday I'll be very surprised if we make anymore signings. Us season-ticket holders have taken a big hit especially as it's our first season back in the PL, I honestly can't envisage our fans seeing more than a couple games if any this season please log in to view this image unfortunately we have to make these sacrifices for the safety of our Leeds family & the world in general. Good morning everyone my take on the transfer in january. What a time to do a deal as clubs struggle to keep afloat without paying fans. Season ticket holders may want a refund or carry over till next season. Either way it's a loser for clubs. So January must be the time to do cut price deals as clubs get desperate for cash flow. How many times did we sell cheap only for the fees to disappear overseas. Let's do unto others as they have unto us........ Oh and feck em all.
Making signings in January usually involves you getting ripped off anyway but if we’re desperately short in a position and in danger of going down at least the cash is there. As Wakey says, who knows where clubs will be financially by then. I was gutted we didn’t sign Cuisance at the time, but then I was gutted when we didn’t sign Nicky Maynard a few years ago We’ll know more in 12-24 months.
Morning all Cuisance the one that got away is the only downside of our transfer window. I do however agree with the reasons for it and if Rob Price thinks there is a potential problem then at that price best to walk away. think we have done great business and chuckled when Orta mentioned Rodrigo to Bielsa he was gobsmacked and asked Orta if it was possible and he went and got him. The other striking thing was Bielsa had been watching Rafinha for over a year independently of Orta who had been doing his own research and analysis on him. Orta then said to Bielsa have you heard of Rafinha.... so it turns out both had been looking at him and exactly why we went in and got him. The other nice thing about these new players is that Orta will not take the blame from fans if it goes wrong because Bielsa has the final say
