I like unions, sticking up for the rights of the poorest paid and making sure management aren't allowed to walk all over them is a great and wonderful thing. BUT the tube drivers, either RMT or ASLEF, can go and get f*cked. Bunch of money grabbing spongers. Triple time and a day off in lieu? TfL are going to say no and they will get no money when out on strike so who loses? I'm all for fairness but the tube drivers are plain and simply greedy. Lest we forget the latest RMT pay increase was over inflation and would mean annual salary of £50,000 for many drivers. I bet the poor sod who has to clean up the puke from the platforms doesn't get that sort of cash. Happy Christmas you thieving b*stards.
