IT IS AMAZING HOW MANY PLAYERS ALREADY ARE BEING SNAPPED UP BY CLUBS AND IT IS NOT A WEEK OLD Seems tammy might not be going for £18m but on loan, how does that work of the agreement was for the season. Our own players out on loan are mostly still there, although the odd 1 or 2 have been recalled or posted elsewhere … or sold to someone completely different than to who they were supposed to be on loan to! It was supposed to be a "concrete deal" brought about by the powers that be that all dealings [top clubs ] would only be in the windows, last season? SOMEONE TRIED TO GET BACK A PLAYER BUT THE CLUB BORROWING THEM DUG IN AND SAID SORRY no deal … works both ways? with KENT we would likely have loved LPOOL saying we want him back! WHO WILL WE LOAN?
FGR fall foul to teams on the edge of administration / transfer embargo's and the suchlike as Doidge their previously top striker has been on unpaid leave with the likes of the team we are meeting next BOLTON they have had him on loan and not paid his wages for 4 months, these have been covered by FGR It might be true to say that Bolton would be well anchored into the bottom 3 without having had his services! Striker Doidge, 26, initially joined Wanderers on loan in August, with the deal to be made permanent in January. However, Bolton's registration embargo meant the deal collapsed. Goalkeeper Remi Matthews has returned to Norwich City from Bolton Wanderers after his loan spell at the club ended. The 24-year-old joined Wanderers on an initial loan deal in August, which was due to be made permanent in January. Gary O'Neil is the other player affected by the embargo
looking forward to the game on Saturday, none of these 3 [above] really figured at all in the team so far this season Alnwick has been their GK, Doidge made a few SUBS appearances --1 goal? and o neil pretty much not at all!
lee tomlin confirmed on loan at Peterbro …. one has to wonder how his mind works, on the day a brilliant player but seems to not be able to grasp just how good he could have been if he had worked at it
Tomlin was too good for any team he played for, at least in his own mind! Having said that, when he was in the mood it was a pleasure to watch him. Still remember the goal he scored at Fulham.
Unfortunately one goal does not a player make but a bad attitude will undo a player like him. So sad but I don't care.
