Did the cameras show this guy on TV last night? Was right near him at the Lane. Now I have a few tattoo's but this guy was caked in them from the top of his head, neck, arms, back, chest and stomach, half of his head was shaved bald with other half left. He orchestrated pretty much all of Lazio's songs and had a real menacing look at times. Definitely one of them Lazio Ultras as they're called out there.

I saw him on the box and he looked like he had been dipped in an ink pot.

    What a total bellend.

The police and most of the surrounding stewards were really focussing a lot of their attention on him. Perhaps he's renowned out in Italy or something?

And no doubt was at the centre of the racist chanting which I have started an article on.

Instigate violent and offensive atmospheres at a football game yet not banned from the stadium.

    I blame the authorities.

In fairness a lot of the racist chanting was started by the fans in the far corner after Defoe got clattered into the advertising board.

I could only laugh when I saw him, appearances mean nothing, a swift kick in the bollox would have the same effect on him as anyone else.

Was going to say the same thing. At the time I assumed they thought Defoe must've fouled one of their players because they were up in arms about something, which then descended into the monkey chanting.

The main match commentator did mention him once, as the cameras focused on the away section for a bit.
"I thought about having that done once", to which Townsend replied, "I think he's missed a bit".
