So we come down to the last race, at Brazil. the two teams are currently separated by a single point, in Saubers favour, whor have steadily dropped away as the season has progressed. With Kobayashi form he seemed to have recently lost, Perez has been putting in steady drives, and for me is rookie of the season. Neither has been helped by the cars development seeming to have stalled somewhat, possibly Sauber have an eye on next year or 2013, or rumoured financial constraints, which makes the extra position in the WCC more vital for them than the cash rich Toro Rosso (not that I know what the carefully guarded secret of the prize money breakdown is, but I can image it's a considerable difference). Toro Rosso on the other hand, started rather poorly, but a kick up the backside for both drivers, and a steadily inproving car, seems to have done the trick, especially in Alguersuaris case, he looks like he truly belongs there now. Buemi has also picked his game up, but has shown the STR to be a bit mechanically unreliable. whichever way it goes, it's going to be close. Sauber, for my money, are in the driving seat as the Force indias seem to be locked into the 4ht best team place, despite being th in the standings, a point could clinch it either way, the joker in the pack is Renault, if they bring a decent car to Brazil both teams could find themselves locked out of the point scoring positions.
Renault to me seem to be falling back behind FI, and the Torro Rossos are having a very good turn in luck. The Saubers and Williams are having a hard time at the moment.
