Richardsons were far more ruthless, only because they weren't shagging celebrities was the reason they are lesser heard of.
Acworth, I still don't know if you are a great wum or a clown, but the Krays(who actually I liked as I have a lot of friends from the East End).In fact, "Me and my Brothers", by Charlie , not a bad read, but at the time, the "Richardsons" were far more ruthless, when I was a broker in London, erm one of my mates used to buy coke over the counter from a bar owned by Ronnie Richardson(yes, I now he was the name of one of teh Krays too!). Anyway, just like the vast majority of your threads Acworth, I don't know where my story is going!
They were lowlife scum, better for everyone that they should be locked up until they died. They are the reason prison was invented. Why do people feel the need to glamourise crooks?
Read a book recently on Kenny Noye. He's hero-worshipped but at the expense of doing all that bird. I'd rather have my liberty and be able to sleep peacefully at night.
For anyone who wishes to think gangsterism is cool, just type in 'Rettendon Murders images' for snaps of how decidedly dodgy being a face can be.
For those who don't have sufficient bandwidth, you could try typing in "Bobby Sands Death Bed" He was about 4 stone piss wet through so no fatboy bps in download time
i agree with the email on the richardsons i happened to meet one of the richardsons once i didnt realise it was him until the bar owner said you know who u been talking to one of the richardsons i quickly left that pub as quickly as went in
he seemed quite a nice bloke talking about boxing and even got a drink given to me he did look about 70 at the time
